This page contains the Return Policy, Terms of Sale, Website Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy for Hollywood Forever Records (“Hollywood Forever Records,” “HFR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and www.hollywoodforeverrecords.com (the “Site”). These policies apply to your access to and use of the Site and to purchases made through it. If a provision of this page conflicts with a right that cannot lawfully be waived, the applicable law controls.

1. RETURN POLICY
1.1 All Sales Are Final
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color preference, or other discretionary reasons. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
1.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly at info@hollywoodforeverrecords.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when possible. Do not send an item back without first contacting us. Once we evaluate the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, subject to availability and applicable law.
1.3 Distressing, Treatments, and Natural Variation
Many HFR products are intentionally distressed, washed, dyed, aged, studded, printed, or otherwise treated by hand. Leather, denim, cotton, suede, hardware, and other materials may naturally vary in grain, shade, texture, finish, placement, and wear. These intended and natural variations are part of the product and are not defects, provided the item materially matches its description.
1.4 Mandatory Consumer Rights
Customers in some jurisdictions have mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, repair, replacement, or refund rights that cannot be excluded by an “all sales final” policy. Those rights remain in effect. For example, where European Economic Area or United Kingdom distance-selling laws apply, an eligible consumer may generally notify us of a withdrawal within 14 days after receiving an item and return it within the following 14 days. Personalized, custom-made, or clearly made-to-order goods may be excluded from that withdrawal right where permitted by law.
To exercise a mandatory return or withdrawal right, email us before sending the item. Unless the item is faulty or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for direct return-shipping costs. Returned merchandise must not have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and should be returned with its original tags, parts, accessories, and packaging. Any refund due will be processed to the original payment method within the period required by applicable law. We may wait until we receive the merchandise or evidence that it has been sent, where the law allows.
1.5 Order Questions
For any order inquiry, contact info@hollywoodforeverrecords.com and include your order number.
2. TERMS OF SALE
These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through the Site. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale and the other applicable provisions of this Legal page.
2.1 Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, and acceptance by HFR. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory errors, pricing or product-information errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or suspected unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item or order.
2.2 Products and Availability
Products may be offered in limited quantities and may be modified or discontinued without notice. We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately, but colors and details can vary depending on your screen, lighting, materials, and production process. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. The variations described in Section 1.3 are inherent characteristics of many HFR products.
2.3 Prices, Taxes, Shipping, and Duties
Prices may change without notice. The currency, merchandise price, applicable taxes, and available shipping charges are shown on the Site or during checkout. You are responsible for reviewing the total before submitting your order.
For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges unless checkout expressly states that those amounts are included. HFR does not control these charges. Refusal to pay them does not create a right to a refund except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2.4 Billing and Payment Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and account information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Payments are processed by Shopify and other payment providers, and their terms may also apply.
2.5 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays may occur because of carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, supply interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory delivery rights or remedies available under applicable law. Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law.
2.6 Personal Use; Unauthorized Resale
Products purchased through the Site are intended for personal use unless HFR agrees otherwise in writing. We may refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe are intended for unauthorized resale, redistribution, or other commercial exploitation.
2.7 Returns and Order Issues
Returns, damaged items, defects, and incorrect shipments are governed by the Return Policy in Section 1.
3. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
3.1 Acceptance and Eligibility
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Site or its services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3.2 Ownership and Limited License
The Site and its content—including photographs, videos, artwork, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, product names, music, sounds, page design, layout, software, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to HFR and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. HFR grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Without HFR’s prior written permission, you may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, scrape, frame, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Site or its content. Nothing on the Site grants a license to use HFR’s names, logos, trademarks, or trade dress.
3.3 Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- violate any applicable law or the rights of HFR or another person;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights;
- submit false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material;
- upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful technology;
- interfere with the Site, its security, its networks, or another user’s access;
- collect or track personal information about others without authorization;
- spam, phish, pharm, pretext, crawl, scrape, or use automated means to access the Site except as permitted by law and our published instructions; or
- circumvent any access, security, purchasing, or quantity restriction.
3.4 Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, HFR, or other users.
3.5 Feedback and Submissions
Do not send confidential or proprietary ideas through the Site unless we have agreed in writing to receive them. If you voluntarily submit reviews, comments, images, feedback, or other content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the submission does not violate any law or third-party right. To the extent needed to operate, promote, and improve the Site and HFR, you grant HFR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that submission, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
3.6 Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, social-media services, applications, or tools. HFR does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, services, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is at your discretion and may be governed by that party’s terms and policies.
3.7 Site Information, Errors, and Changes
We try to keep Site information accurate and current but do not guarantee that all descriptions, prices, images, availability, shipping estimates, or other information will be complete or error-free. We may correct errors, update information, modify or discontinue features, or cancel affected orders at any time, including after an order is submitted, subject to applicable law.
3.8 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied. HFR does not warrant that the Site will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.
3.9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HFR and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, suppliers, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Site, its content, these terms, or products or services obtained through the Site, even if advised that such damages are possible.
Where liability cannot be excluded, HFR’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any non-waivable consumer right.
3.10 Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HFR and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, suppliers, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your violation of these terms, unlawful use of the Site, or infringement of another person’s rights.
3.11 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk or legal exposure, or threatened the security or operation of the Site. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law—will survive.
3.12 Severability; No Waiver
If any provision of these terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and severed to the minimum extent necessary; the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure by HFR to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
3.13 Entire Agreement
This Legal page, together with any order-specific terms and policies expressly posted on the Site, constitutes the agreement between you and HFR concerning the Site and purchases made through it and supersedes prior versions concerning the same subject matter.
3.14 Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere, legal proceedings arising from these terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the consumer’s place of residence.
3.15 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
4. PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how HFR collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit or use the Site, make a purchase or other transaction, create an account, subscribe to marketing, or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the “Services”). If this Privacy Policy conflicts with another part of this Legal page concerning the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.
4.1 Who Operates the Services
Hollywood Forever Records operates the Site and is responsible for the personal information it controls. The online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform and processes personal information as described below.
4.2 Personal Information We Collect or Process
“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked with an individual or household. It does not include information that has been lawfully anonymized or de-identified. Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect or process:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.
- Order and transaction information, such as products viewed, saved, added to a cart, purchased, returned, exchanged, or canceled; order history; transaction amount; and shipping details.
- Payment information, such as payment method, billing details, payment confirmation, and limited payment-card details. Full payment credentials are generally processed by Shopify and payment providers rather than stored directly by HFR.
- Account information, such as login credentials, preferences, saved items, and settings, if account features are available.
- Communications, including information you provide in customer-service requests, emails, forms, reviews, or other messages.
- Device and network information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, network connection, time zone, cookie identifiers, and similar identifiers.
- Usage information, such as pages and products viewed, referring pages or search terms, clicks, browsing activity, and how and when you interact with the Services.
- Preferences and inferences, such as likely interests or product preferences inferred from purchases or Site activity.
4.3 Sources of Personal Information
We may collect personal information:
- directly from you when you place an order, create an account, subscribe, contact us, or otherwise provide information;
- automatically from your browser or device through the Services, cookies, pixels, tags, log files, and similar technologies;
- from Shopify and service providers that support payments, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising, customer support, shipping, fulfillment, hosting, and other business functions; and
- from business, marketing, and advertising partners or other third parties, where permitted by law.
4.4 How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- Provide the Services, including processing payments, accepting and fulfilling orders, arranging delivery, managing accounts, handling returns or claims, remembering preferences, and providing customer support.
- Personalize and improve the Services, including understanding how customers use the Site, measuring performance, improving products and Site functionality, and recommending products or content.
- Communicate with you, including order confirmations, shipping notices, service messages, responses to inquiries, and other transactional communications.
- Market and advertise, including sending promotional emails when permitted, measuring campaigns, and showing or supporting advertising based on Site activity or interests.
- Protect HFR, customers, and the Services, including authentication, payment security, fraud prevention, enforcing our terms, investigating suspicious or unlawful activity, and maintaining Site security.
- Comply with law, including tax, accounting, recordkeeping, legal-process, regulatory, dispute-resolution, and law-enforcement obligations.
- Complete a business transaction, such as a financing, sale, merger, reorganization, or transfer of some or all of HFR’s business or assets.
4.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, keep accounts and checkout secure, understand Site use, measure performance, and support marketing and advertising. Some technologies are necessary for the Site to function; others may be controlled through our cookie banner or privacy settings, where available. You can also adjust browser settings, although blocking necessary cookies may cause parts of the Site or checkout to stop working properly.
Where required by law, we honor a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. Other than legally recognized opt-out preference signals, the Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals because there is no uniform industry standard for them.
4.6 How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information:
- To Shopify, vendors, and service providers that support hosting, e-commerce, payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising, customer support, cloud storage, shipping, fulfillment, and information technology.
- To business, marketing, and advertising partners that help us promote HFR, measure campaigns, or provide personalized advertising, subject to applicable law and your available choices.
- At your direction or with your consent, including when information is needed to ship an order, connect an integration, or interact with a social-media feature.
- For legal, safety, and enforcement purposes, including to comply with law or valid legal process; enforce our terms; protect the Services, HFR, customers, or others; and detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, security incidents, or unlawful conduct.
- In connection with a business transaction, such as a financing, merger, sale, bankruptcy, reorganization, or transfer of business assets.
4.7 Shopify
Shopify hosts the Services and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Site so it can provide and improve the Services. Information submitted through the Site is transmitted to Shopify and may be shared with other service providers in countries other than your own. If Shopify Network Intelligence or other enhanced Shopify services are enabled, Shopify may also process information from your interactions with HFR, other merchants, and Shopify to provide enhanced services such as security, analytics, personalization, and advertising. In those circumstances, Shopify is responsible for certain processing it performs.
Learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy or use the Shopify Privacy Portal to learn about rights concerning information processed by Shopify.
4.8 Targeted Advertising and Privacy Opt-Outs
HFR does not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, disclosures of online identifiers, device information, or Site activity to advertising or analytics partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may opt out through our data-sharing opt-out page or by using a legally recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control.
4.9 Third-Party Websites
The Services may link to websites or platforms operated by third parties. Their privacy, security, and content practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy. HFR does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites merely because the Site links to them.
4.10 Legal Bases for EEA, UK, and Similar Jurisdictions
Where a law requires us to identify a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following, as appropriate: performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract; compliance with legal obligations; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving HFR and the Services, communicating with customers, and preventing fraud; and your consent, including for certain marketing, advertising, or cookie activities. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
4.11 Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to maintain an account, fulfill orders, provide support, comply with legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. The retention period depends on the type of information, our relationship with you, legal requirements, and whether the information is needed to protect HFR or others.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive or confidential information through unsecured channels.
4.12 Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to or information about personal information we hold; request correction or deletion; receive a portable copy; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. You may also have the right to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request and to receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
You may exercise available rights through the tools indicated on the Site, through the data-sharing opt-out page linked above, or by contacting us using Section 5. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request for you, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send non-promotional messages concerning your account, orders, transactions, or our ongoing business relationship.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred.
4.13 International Transfers
Personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than the country where you live, including the United States and Canada. Where required, we or our service providers rely on recognized transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or approved standard contractual clauses, and other safeguards required by applicable law.
4.14 Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under the age at which they can lawfully provide personal information or consent in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 for targeted advertising. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information may contact us to request deletion.
4.15 Complaints
If you have a complaint about our handling of personal information, contact us using Section 5. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to appeal our response or complain to your local privacy or data-protection authority.
4.16 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices, technologies, Services, or legal obligations. We will post the revised version on the Site, update the “Last updated” date, and provide any additional notice required by law.
